Another super easy one. Melt chocolate in microwave (either white chocolate or semisweet chocolate (I used almond bark). Dip pretzels in the chocolate. Wiley’s suggestion this year was to dip Ritz crackers also. Early reports were favorable!

It’s really good when you add broken bits of candy cane and 1/4 tsp of peppermint extract to the almond bark too.
Or for the ultimate.. make the Ritz Crackers into Peanut butter sandwich crackers – THEN dip them in the chocolate. Why stop at only half the calories?
